Welcome to I am Shotaro.
My name is Aimée de Jongh (1988). I am a freelance comic artist, animator and illustrator based in the Netherlands. This website was named after my first webcomic, drawn at age 14. Years later, it features my portfolio with not just comics, but also animations and illustrations.
Additionally I teach seminars in drawing manga, anime and comics. Currently I am a third-year student of Animation at the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam.
